Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of checkout and includes the price of the item(s) being purchased along with any applicable state tax or applicable shipping fees (for orders less than $100 USD). Debit, credit, and some third party processors are accepted. See below for a complete list of acceptable payment. 

Vendor name will read "BUNK BED HOME" on statements.

Related Payments:

• Customer is responsible for any state taxes applicable to their location
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs for purchases less than $100 USD

Returns:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any and all shipping expenses will be deducted from your refund

Fees:

• All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 restocking fee, whether or not the order has shipped
