Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

Order Shipment:

When we have received your order, we will send you the tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within five business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@BunkBedHome.com. The shipment may arrive in multiple boxes.

Shipping Time:

Standard shipping times are 5 to 8 business days.

Shipping Prices:

Standard shipping is free for orders over $100 USD. Orders below $100 USD are subject to a $15 USD shipping fee.

Handling Time:

When we have processed the charges to your credit card, your package will ship within three business days from the date of your order.

Shipping Courier:

We use UPS as our shipping courier.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged or exhibit any manufacturer defects, please send photos to info@BunkBedHome.com and we will process the information on your behalf.

Missing Orders:

If you have received a confirmation email from Bunk Bed Home but have not received your order within 10 business days, contact info@BunkBedHome.com with your order number and we will work to resolve the issue.
