Return & Refund Policy

Returns:

Eligibility for Return

Items are eligible for return if they exhibit a manufacturer defect and are within the 30 day warranty period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that have been assembled and disassembled are not eligible for return or exchange.

Requests for returns can be made anytime within the warranty period of 30 days from the date of delivery. Once accepted, returns must be sent within 14 days. Returns must be sent using original shipping method. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns for "change of mind" or a reason not due to manufacturer defect are not accepted. Exchanges for another color/style of the same item are accepted. Please see below.

Sale items, overstock items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds:

To initiate a return, please email info@BunkBedHome.com with your order number and pictures of the defective or damaged part and you will be provided with a return shipping label.

To check the status of your return or refund, please email info@BunkBedHome.com with your order number.

Be sure to ship your return using the original shipping method and within the original packaging within 14 days of receiving the shipping label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any and all shipping expenses will be deducted from your refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund is posted.

Exchanges:

If there is nothing wrong with your item and you simply wish to exchange it for another color or style of the same item please contact info@BunkBedHome.com.

Ship your exchange using the original shipping method and within the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges

Once the item is received and inspected you will be notified. Please allow up to 3 business days for the exchange item to ship. Transit times vary from 3-5 business days.

Defective/damaged parts:

Bunk Bed Home will replace defective, damaged, or missing parts at no additional charge if damage is due to manufacturer defect and if notified of the issue within the warranty period (30 days from date of delivery). Please email info@BunkBedHome.com with your order number and pictures and descriptions of the defective or damaged part. Please refer to the manual for missing parts. Please inspect all parts upon receipt. Free shipping costs for missing or defective parts.

Inspect item upon delivery and note any damage with the carrier before signing for delivery. If there is visible damage to the furniture, refuse delivery and contact info@BunkBedHome.com. Some wear to the outer packaging is normal. 

Damage to furniture due to transit/delivery cannot be claimed if the item is not inspected and damage is not noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.

Take pictures of any damage and report it to info@BunkBedHome.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number.

Cancellations:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 restocking fee, whether or not the order has shipped. If the order has shipped, customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Incorrect items:

If you have received an incorrect item, email info@BunkBedHome.com with your order number, the name of the item that you ordered, and pictures of the item you received. Please allow 24 hours for reply.

Warranty:

Each product is covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery for any manufacturing defects.
